I have worked for Housing 21 for 6 years 9 months.
What made you want to work at Housing 21?
I was looking a for a Receptionist or Administration post, so it was by luck that I ended up working for Housing 21.
About my job
I work closely with Court Managers and other Housing staff providing a front line service to tenants and other customers. I do a variety of different jobs within my role such as dealing with rent queries, setting up new tenancies and dealing with tenants leaving Housing 21.
Have you done other jobs at Housing 21?
I joined Housing 21 as a Receptionist before moving into the Housing Team as a Customer Services Administrator. I am now a Housing Services Officer.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Working with our Court Managers. They provide an excellent service and I am proud to support them when I can.
What is it like to work at Housing 21?
Every day is different ! There is never a dull moment.
Where do you see yourself in two years time?
Still within housing, but who knows what path I may take next.
