Equal opportunities
Housing 21 believes that our workforce should reflect the communities that we serve and that we should take a proactive approach to ensuring that the diversity in society is represented at all levels within the organisation.
We have a long history of being committed to equality of opportunity, both in the way in which we deliver our services to customers and in the recruitment and employment of staff.
We regularly monitor both these areas to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers and staff and to enable us to take action where it appears that the needs are not being met. The following is an extract from the full policy which is available upon request. You can download our full Equal Opportunities policy document here.
