Benefits for court managers

Salary
This is dependent on whether the post will be based on-site as well as the number of units of the court. Salary levels are also related to the successful completion of the Job Development Programme. Salaries are reviewed annually.
Accommodation
For on-site court managers rent free accommodation with free utilities will be provided. Court managers will be responsible for paying Council Tax and telephone costs.
Annual Leave
This is linked to length of service
Up to 5 years - 25 days plus 8 statutory days per annum
5 years and over - 27 days plus 8 statutory days per annum
For part time staff annual leave and statutory days will be added together and then calculated pro rata to give a total leave entitlement.
Hours of work
35 per week.
Pension
Employees are invited to join Housing 21's Stakeholder Pension Scheme operated by AXA. If you join the scheme, you will be required to contribute a proportion of your salary in to the pension fund. Housing 21 will also contribute to the scheme on your behalf. You can choose between the following two options:
- Basic Employer contribution - 5%
- Basic Employee contribution - 3%
Or:
- Enhanced Employer contribution - 9%
- Enhanced Employee contribution - 5%
Training
A Job Development Programme (JDP) is provided. You will be supported by a Training Officer and your salary will be increased on successful completion of Parts 1 and 2.

Non-contributory life assurance cover
This is a lump sum benefit of 3 x annual salary, subject to terms and conditions.
Critical illness cover
This is a lump sum benefit equivalent to two years' salary following the diagnosis of a critical illness, subject to terms and conditions of insurer.
Medical cash plan
Option for you to contribute to a group-discounted cash plan which offers a variety of benefits to suit the everyday health needs of both families and individuals.
Family friendly
