Housing 21 designs its extra care courts to offer housing, care and support to its residents and to provide services, activities and facilities to people in the local community.

Some of the things available include restaurants, shops and libraries. In addition, fun activities are organised such as clubs, exercise classes and educational activities. Also on the more serious side of things, advice sessions are run and health care services are offered.
