Extra care

If you are looking for a new home in a safe, friendly environment with care and support on-hand, then extra care might be right for you.

A modern alternative to residential care, extra care helps you have a stress-free, enjoyable retirement by offering:

  • modern, comfortable homes
  • 24 hour care and support to suit your needs
  • peace of mind with a court manager on site
  • independent living - you have your own home and can come and go as you please.

Our courts are vibrant, friendly places with on-site facilities, open to the local community and your friends and family. Facilities may include:

  • restaurants
  • shops
  • health suites
  • hairdressers.

Our courts also have active social calendars. You don't have to join in, but will have the chance to make new friends, try new hobbies and join in outings if you choose.
