Tell us what you think of our service

We want to ensure that we are continuously improving the services you receive from us. With this in mind each time you have a repair done you will receive a satisfaction slip at the bottom of your works order. This should be filled in and returned to the court manager or the regional office so we can ensure that you are happy with the service you have received from us and our contractors.

Where it is indicated by feedback from residents and staff that a contractor is not providing a satisfactory service then we will treat this matter seriously and may ultimately terminate the contract should the situation not improve. The annual court consultation meetings and technical surgeries held each year on the court also give you an opportunity to discuss any aspect of the maintenance service.

"Our court manager keeps us informed and checks on us. We have a well kept garden and external area. Help is available when needed. I feel secure and improvements are being made on an on-going basis."
