Paying for your homes and services

How your rent is set

The gross or total rent is usually made up of:

• net rent
• service charge
• fuel charge (where applicable)
• supporting people charge.

Rent is due in advance every Monday of the week. You can pay monthly in advance on the first Monday of each calendar month but you must arrange with your Housing Services manager, who will confirm your monthly payments.
