Anti-social behaviour

Housing 21 is committed to ensuring our tenants and staff can conduct their day to day lives without encountering nuisance, harassment or anti-social behaviour.

Where this behaviour does occur Housing 21 will take action against the perpetrator, whether they are a tenant of Housing 21 or not to ensure the wilful or intentional actions cease.

Where the nuisance is perceived or unintentional then housing staff will work with tenants in providing support and working on achieving an understanding of the situation.

Housing 21 has a clear policy and procedure on how it will deal with cases of anti-social behaviour, nuisance or harassment.
