Tayo Bilewu, Director of New Business and Development
Tayo Bilewu joined Housing 21 in 1998 and was appointed a Director in April 2002. He is a construction professional with in depth knowledge of:
- property development
- building design
- procurement
- construction
- contract management
- quality control
- project delivery.
As Director of New Business and Development, his role involves:
- exploring and developing future strategic directions for growing all aspects of Housing 21's retirement housing business
- project managing aspects of major growth initiatives
- overseeing the effective and efficient management of Housing 21's construction projects.
Tayo is also a director of Housing 21 Guernsey LBG.
