Steve Sharples, Head of Special Projects
Steve joined Housing 21 at the start of 2009 following 14 years in Nationwide Commercial where he gained experience in PFI/PPP, project management, strategic management, social housing funding and commercial property investment.
Prior to this he worked for six years as a Nationwide Branch Manager, where his main priority appeared to be preventing local crime!
Steve has a BSc in Maths and Management Sciences, a PGCE in maths and PE and a Diploma in Management Studies.
