Jane Minter

Jane is a policy specialist in housing and care services for older people with experience in government, the voluntary sector, grant making trusts and the housing association sector.   

Prior to Housing 21, Jane was seconded to the Department of Health for two years to raise the profile of housing in social care. She has also worked for:

• the National Housing Federation and Housing Associations Charitable Trust as a special adviser on older people
• Age Concern England on housing issues
• Citizens Advice Bureau Service as a generic adviser.

Jane was a Board Member of the Inquiry into Mental Health in Later Life and the Elderly Accommodation Counsel and is currently a member of the Communities and Local Government Housing and Older People Development Group.
