Unfortunately due to the large volumes of applications we receive, we are not able to offer feedback to those unsuccessful at application stage.
The purpose of an interview is to identify the best candidate for the job. We have produced some interview tips on how to do well.
The interview will generally:
- consist of a panel of two or three people
- last about 30 to 60 minutes.
It may include work related tests such as computer, written or numeracy tests. You will be notified of any tests prior to the interview.
Housing 21 is committed to achieving equal opportunities . To ensure our processes are fair, we ask applicants to supply information about their race/ethnic origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief and whether they have a disability.
The information is confidential and is not seen by the selection/interview panel.
A disclosure contains information on a person held by the police and government departments. If a position involves working with children and/or vulnerable adults, we will request that the Criminal Records Bureau run a background check on applicants.
Disclosure information provides more information on types of disclosure.
