About us

Housing 21 moving forward

Housing 21 has seen unprecedented growth during 2006/7 including three new PPP/PFI contracts, Housing Corporation and Department of Health funding which in total is valued at over £1 billion.

We will invest in infrastructure to consolidate our growth plans so that we continue to provide excellent services, build our home care and health care services, invest in existing stock and develop new supported housing options.

By listening to older people and responding to their diverse and changing expectations we will continue to expand our range of care, support and housing options. Our challenge is to continue to work with older people to ensure that our services remain fit for purpose meeting today's needs and tomorrow's aspirations.
