Housing 21 Diversity Strategy and Disability Equality Scheme

Housing 21’s commitment to promoting independence and choice for older people means that we ensure that in developing inclusive services, we take the needs of older people with diverse needs and aspirations into account.

Our Diversity Strategy sets out our overarching aims and objectives for diversity and equality over the next five years and it is inextricably linked to our corporate plan and objectives. Diversity aims and action plans are built into our annual plans for 2008.

The Disability Equality Scheme forms a key part of our Diversity Strategy and sets out our specific commitment to promoting disability equality.
