Royston Betts

Prior to joining Housing 21 in March 2007, Royston was a national contracts manager at Nestor plc and previously Company Director of Lime Street Recruitment.  He worked in the NHS for 4 years supporting people with mental health conditions to achieve & sustain independent living through community occupational therapy & day services.

Royston gained a solid grounding in customer focused business development & administration at a global reinsurer and also has qualifications in occupational therapy, insurance & risk management.

Royston's priority at Housing 21 is to ensure we develop our services to meet current & anticipated customer need. My role is to ensure our services are accessible, affordable, innovative and integrated to maximise the opportunities our customers & staff have to achieve individual or commercial goals.

His areas of responsibility include: 

• Service Bids & Tenders
• Commissioning new services to contract commencement
• Service Development in terms of volume & scope of offering
• Research, Intelligence & External Affairs
• Marketing
