Pushpa Raguvaran, Chief Executive & Board Member
Prior to becoming Chief Executive, Pushpa was Housing 21's Finance & Commercial Director. Pushpa has also worked for an investment bank as well as another large housing association in London as Finance Director.
Pushpa's experience includes:
- development of the first grouped bond issue for housing associations
- successful bid for the largest sheltered housing PFI project
- bidding for care services across the country
- acquisition expertise including the first ever takeover of a PLC by a social enterprise.
Pushpa has been a Board Member at Housing 21 since 2004 and has also served as a Board Member of The Charity Bank and other housing associations.
