Prior to joining Housing 21 in April 2007, Paul was Managing Director at Homeserve Heating Services and Head of e-commerce at The AA. Paul also held a senior management role at British Gas.
With undisputed experience in customer service excellence, Paul’s focus at Housing 21 is on:

- Asset Management
- New service delivery
