Matthew Harker

Matthew is currently a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Societe Generale. Previously Matthew has had similar roles with UBS Investment Bank and NM Rothschild Investment Banking. He has worked in Auckland and Singapore and London as an investment banker specialising in Project and Corporate Finance and in a Social Housing Team.

Matthew worked as financial and commercial advisor to Islington Council on a social housing scheme PFI contract and to the UK Housing Corporation when they were opening a £3.9 billion National Affordable Housing Programme 2006-8 grant allocation to private developers.

Matthew is Director of Oldham Retirement Housing Partnership Limited and Chair of Kent Community Partnership Limited.
