Ken Jeffries, Resident Board Member
Prior to joining Housing 21 in September 2010, Ken worked as a Customer Services Manager for a Double Glazing Company and was a Financial Advisor for a Mortgage Broker. Ken also served 12 years in the Royal Navy and three years with the South African Navy as an Instructor.
With experience across diverse working environments, Ken’s focus at Housing 21 is on:
- Resident representation at the Housing Services Committee
- Resident representation at Board Level
- Resident relations with Housing 21 staff
Ken’s aspiration for Housing 21 is for it to maintain its good relationship between residents and staff members.
