Jenny Owen CBE

Jenny, who is the Deputy Chief Executive and Commissioner of Adult Social Care at Essex County Council, has 30 years’ experience in the social care sector. 

Jenny, who is also a non-executive director at the Royal Free Hospital, has a particular interest in dementia and is looking forward to seeing some of our ground-breaking work in this area.

Jenny believes good housing and support are both critical in promoting a good later life for older people. Her ambition for Housing 21 is to become the housing provider of choice for older people, by offering a range of housing options to suit people’s circumstances.
